Yoga is a life-long process.

Everyone can do yoga, but I don’t believe that yoga can be practiced with a one-size- fits- all approach. One of the greatest benefits of private yoga sessions is that I can prepare a practice that fits you and your abilities and honors your intentions. 

Together we will work on: 

Physical healing and gaining flexibility, strength, and endurance 

Each private yoga session is different and specialized just for you. We check in before we begin the practice. As your teacher, my aim is to meet you where you are and find out what you want or need to work on, allowing you to participate in your own healing journey.
